Location(s): Standard: Section 7-6

Description:
Section 7 of the RETS standard refers to a "RETS-mmddyyy.dtd" document that should be used to validate STANDARD-XML data. However, the dtd supplied by RETS-wg is "REData-mmddyyyy.dtd", and is missing certain elements required by section 7.

Proposed Solution:
MRIS has, and is using, a revised DTD containing missing tags, to be compliant with section 7. It can be found here:
